Tennis Specifics Basic (Junior Fitness)

Description:

The Program will emphasize on tennis specific fitness exercises. The main target is the development and maintenance of coordination, stability, flexibility, speed, quickness and agility, in other words the ability to change direction rapidly under control, on the court.
