Running Mechanics Basic (Junior Fitness)

Description:

The Program will emphasis on the development of proper running mechanics to establish the most effective and efficient skills for all on court movement such as acceleration, power, in line speed, explosiveness and quickness. Additional benefit is the development of strength in the lower body, establishing injury preventive habits through proper stretching and flexibility exercises in the young athletes.
