Elementary School Beginner Tennis

Elementary School – This introductory tennis Program focuses exclusively on introducing proper technical skills and footwork, mini tennis and short court feeds and drills are introduced, in a fun game-based manner. Strong emphasis is placed on hand-eye coordination exercises, which involve a station rotation between high and low intensity tennis and cardio games.

This class is five days a week Monday through Friday, three hours a day 8:30 a.m. - 10:30 a.m.

  8:30am -   9:30am Tennis – Forehand and backhand drop hit drills
  9:30am - 10:30am Tennis - Serves, volleys, and mini tennis live ball
