Cardio Workouts Basic (Junior Fitness)
Description:
The emphasis will be on cardiovascular, respiratory endurance, in addition we will focus on power endurance. Power endurance is characterized by severe, repeated efforts for a relatively short period of time 30 seconds or less. The end result will be the development and maintenance of a combination between strength and endurance, also known as muscular endurance. Muscular endurance is the ability to perform a given number of repetitions at a resistance level for a prolonged period of time such as running and hitting balls during a tennis match.
